How you communicate, behave, inspire, engage, and lead during an interview can provide the peace of mind and optimism an administrator needs when making an important personnel choice.
What's the difference between a 1-on-1 Interview and a Committee Interview
1-on-1s are with just one of our team members, simulating an interview with the AD or Principal. Committee interviews typically include 3-4 team members asking questions and representing various stakeholders (parents, coaches, administrators, board members, etc...).
What happens if I don't get the job I'm interviewing for?
Sometimes other candidates may be a better fit for a particular job. That doesn't mean you necessarily "lost" the interview. You can still LEARN from your interview experience. We can provide a follow-up debriefing session so that you can continue to grow, develop, and improve as a candidate.
Why would I pay for this service when I can find free articles and videos on the internet.
Most of the free resources available offer you basic information but this will only get you so far. To rise above the competition and be the final one standing, you must shape the narrative, tell your story, and provide a vision of why you should be hired. This is an intentional process and can't be accomplished by reading or watching what's available to everyone else. If you want to be special, then you must do special things. Finally, most of what you'll find on the internet is generic and not specific to the job you are seeking. We'll help you prepare for the uniqueness of your particular situation.
How is your coaching program different from the interview prep call or a mock interview?
The call and mock interviews we conduct are specific to a particular job or short-term goal. Every interview is different because every job is different. The calls and mock interviews we provide are geared toward those differences. The coaching program is highly recommended if you want to be a great candidate for most jobs and be prepared for all interviews whenever they occur. Think of interviewing like preparing for a test in school. Some people study really hard (some would say "cram") for the test the night before. However, the people who are most prepared for the test are those that have "studied" the material as it's been given out. They don't have to memorize at the last minute because the material is internalized. Our coaching program helps you develop into a better coach and leader, which leads to you being a better candidate. You dominate those interviews, not because you got ready, but because you're always ready.

Most interview prep services are general in nature, but ours focuses exclusively on coaching interviews. Put another way, if you have a problem with your knee, do you want to go to a general practitioner or an orthopedic? We specialize on coaching interviews so that you can be prepared - not just for an interview - but for a coaching interview. Our service prepares you to face the kinds of questions and situations that you can realistically expect to encounter.

About Jamy Bechler
