The Leadership Playbook clinics are designed to help you develop a stronger culture and better program. Our clinics provide you with tools and resources to grow as a coach, while maximizing the potential of those you interact with (athletes, staff members, parents, and various stakeholders). 

There are plenty of clinics that teach X's and O's but our focus is helping you be a better coach in order to maximize your knowledge of skills, tactics, and strategies. 

These clinics are not for the coach that just wants a quick hitting play or drill that can easily be found online. Rather, these leadership clinics are for the individual who truly wants to be a better leader, more impactful mentor, a person of influence, and a coachable coach.

More coaches than ever before are leaving the profession because of parents. This session will offer real solutions to some of the biggest issues with the coach-parent dynamic. Additionally, you'll even learn some methods for utilizing the parents to make your program better.

Your team leaders can make or break a locker room. In this session, you'll learn effective ways to select your team's captains, as well well as develop them. You'll learn how to best utilize their strengths and empower them to help make your culture stronger and healthier. 

Every coach knows the X's and O's but the best coaches are able to find competitive advantages and creative ways to rise above the pack. In this session, you'll receive practical tips and strategies that just might provide you with the winning margin.

It's not what you know, but what you're athletes know. It's not what you say, but what they hear. It's not what you teach, but what they learn. As a coach, are you able to communicate your message effectively? Are you wanting your athletes to buy what you're selling? 

Our clinic sessions are packed with educational sessions as we go beyond the X’s & O’s to teach culture, team-building, leadership, communication, and program management. Our goal is to dive deeper into topics that aren't normally talked about at other clinics.

A variety of learning methods will be utilized including engaging presentations, interactive learning, and small group discussions. You'll come away with practical insights, tangible strategies, and creative ideas to strengthen your program.

$99 per coach for the 5-hour session (lunch included).

Each clinic may have a special guest speaker that's unique to that location. However, Jamy Bechler will be the main presenter at each clinic. He runs the "Success is a Choice" podcasting network and is the author of five books, including The Bus Trip and The Coach's Bulletin Board. Before starting Bechler Leadership, he spent 20 years as a college basketball coach. He also oversaw an athletic program in Indiana that had the world's fifth largest HS gymnasium. Bechler developed TheLeadershipPlaybook.com to help athletes become better teammates and more positive leaders. He now works with coaches, athletes, and teams from the NBA, college, and high school.
