Bechler Leadership Offers “Coaching Search” Service

Schools serious about building strong athletic programs can now tap into a powerful new resource as Bechler Leadership has announced it’s adding an athletic coaching search component to the company’s services.

Bechler Leadership works with athletes and coaches to develop positive leaders, stronger cultures, and build better teams. The company was founded by Jamy Bechler.

“We’re so excited to be able to offer this service to schools so that they can find the right fit when it comes to leadership”, said Bechler. “We’ve been looking forward to adding this component to our leadership offerings for some time and it’s now a reality. We’ve been working directly with coaches and athletes for many years but helping bring in the right coach at the beginning of the process increases the likelihood of building strong cultures. Having the right coach makes all the difference when it comes to developing, influencing, and mentoring student-athletes.”

Bechler Leadership has helped athletes at all levels become better teammates and leaders through workshops, presentations, 1-on-1 training, on-going coaching, summits, and an online curriculum.

Coaching searches will now be added to that list of services.

Jamy Bechler is a former athletic director and basketball coach who has authored five books, hosts the “Success is a Choice” podcast, and developed TheLeadershipPlaybook.com online program.

“Our process, knowledge, and network within the college athletics landscape gives athletic departments an advantage when it comes to finding the right fit for their student-athletes”, said Bechler.

Schools will be able to choose from retained or contingency-based search options. Bechler Leadership will work with schools to determine which option is right for their situation and budget.
