Most choices that we have in life are simple.
Knowing the right thing to do is not the hard part rather choosing to do the right thing is the difficult part.

I love Diet Dr. Pepper, Kit Kats, and Twizzlers. These are my favorite snacks.
However, a bottle of water, granola bar, and apple are better for me and will help me have more lasting energy.
Most choices we have in life are not really tricky.
What we eat, how much we sleep, getting enough water, smoking, drinking, exercising – we know whether these are good choices or not.
Sometimes we’ve got to do some things we don’t want to do so that we can accomplish things that we want to accomplish.
Are we choosing what we want now or choosing what we want most?
We must constantly ask ourselves whether the actions and choices we are making today are getting us closer to the goals we have for tomorrow.
Our daily choices lead to habits that ultimately lead to success or setbacks.
The question isn’t whether we have any habits, but rather do we have winning habits or losing habits?
Remember that success is a choice. What choice will we make today?
