Leaders Growing Leaders: John Sgromolo

Today’s guest on the “LEADERS GROWING LEADERS” series is John Sgromolo, the Coordinator of Athletics for all of Clay County Schools in Florida.

John Sgromolo was a 2019 National AD Finalist and former professional baseball player in the L.A. Dodgers organization before becoming the Coordinator of Athletics for Clay County.

Today, Jamy talks with John about some of the various programs he and the Clay County ADs have implemented. They also talk about ways to develop other leaders and student-athletes. John also describes their annual ESPY-like award ceremony.
